(1) Vendor needs to provide MS power application development and power platform support services.– Provide ongoing support and enhancement services across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Online. • Recommend target data stores (SharePoint lists vs. Dataverse) per form, considering scale, relational needs, security, and future analytics. • Role–based access using Microsoft 365 groups; data retention; audit logging. • Responsive design; validation; printable outputs where required. • Email notifications, reminders, stage transitions; optional calendar integration. • Provide baseline dashboards (Power BI) for key forms when required (e.g., incidents, approvals, annual compliance). • Solution design docs, data and security models, app/flow logic documentation.
