The selected provider will deliver support and enhancement services across the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and SharePoint Online.

Key responsibilities include recommending appropriate target data stores—such as SharePoint lists or Dataverse—for each application form, taking into account scalability, relational requirements, security, and future analytics needs. The vendor will implement role-based access using Microsoft 365 groups, and ensure robust data retention and audit logging.
