– Planning and economic consulting services related to marinas, airports, commercial or industrial properties and long–term economic strategic planning activities, review, analysis and identification of needed updates of the Strategic Business Plan (SBP). – Refine and execute a public engagement plan to engage with the stakeholders.– Public engagement will include structured opportunities for stakeholders to provide input across all service areas.– Refine the strategic priorities and update the Strategic Business Plan to align with the current district goals, market conditions, and primary facility needs.– Conduct a localized economic impact analysis.– staff will monitor news or social media and share comments with consultant.– Online surveys to gather input on priority projects and draft Plan goals and policies.– Engage regional and legislative partners throughout the process to inform strategy and support alignment.– Provide internal team coordination, monthly invoicing, and regular communication with the Port.– Conduct an analysis of regional economic and employment trends to identify current and emerging industry clusters.– Utilize available data from economic development organizations, workforce boards, and recent industry reports to assess sector growth potential and alignment.– Including a site tour of up to 12 key Port assets, to be determined in advance.
