(1) Vendor needs to provide motorized rigging Replacement Service to the government authority located in Towson, MD.– Agency is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove nine existing motorized line sets and replace with eight new motorized line sets– Replacement should include all components beginning at the drive cabinets to provide a complete new system– Four Scenic Line Sets: Remove & replace four existing motorized scenic line sets to include new hoist motors, head blocks, loft blocks, steel cables, fittings, and batten chains.– Four Lighting Line Sets: Remove & replace four existing motorized lighting line sets to include new hoist motors, head blocks, loft blocks, steel cables, fittings, and batten chains. Also include removal & replacement of the buss drop rigging components for each lighting line set (steel cables, fittings, blocks, chains, and counterweight system).– The existing truss pipe battens are intended to be reused. Include inspection of the existing pipe battens to confirm satisfactory condition.– One Supplemental Line Set: Remove one existing supplemental line set including motor, steel cables, fittings, and chains. Existing blocks to remain– Remove & replace all control wiring– Existing drive cabinets to be retrofitted for new system or if deemed necessary, removed & replaced.– Remove & replace all electrical wiring beginning at the drive cabinets– Provide design and engineering of new rigging system along with stamped shop drawings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 20, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on February 13, 2026
