DESCRIPTION

This project seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive signage services for the MOSAICA site in New Mexico. The contract will cover establishing a strong site-based identity through building signage and illumination, as well as the removal or transition of existing roadside signage, which may require coordination with external parties.

Vendors will be responsible for the development of on-site monument and wayfinding signage, a thorough review of all signage locations, and evaluation of stucco surfaces to identify areas needing repair, patching, or refinishing. The scope also includes assessment of the electrical infrastructure required for signage and lighting, identifying discrepancies, and providing actionable recommendations.

Specific tasks involve the removal and coordination of the Siringo monument sign, the provision of entrance panel and logo signage, installation of new monument and identity signage on-site, and a comprehensive review of exterior wayfinding signage. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 26, 2026. All questions must be submitted by June 5, 2026.
