DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a vendor to provide mortgage reduction assistance services in support of a program designed to promote homeownership opportunities for low- and moderate-income residents within the county urban county consortium. The selected vendor will be responsible for operating the mortgage reduction program, including marketing, applicant intake, initial pre-screening, and income eligibility determinations.
