The selected vendor will provide a modern enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that fully supports municipal-specific functionalities, such as property tax billing, utility billing, cash receipting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. The solution should streamline and modernize the municipality's budgeting process while offering robust citizen self-service capabilities to improve transparency and access to public services.

Additional requirements include enhancing internal efficiency by automating manual processes, improving reporting, and supporting integration across various departments. The ERP system must also encompass Payroll and HR functionalities and feature a Timesheet Portal that allows employees to enter and view payroll data. Fixed Assets management, including asset retirement obligation, is an optional component.
