This includes creating model analysis tools compatible with the organization's datasets and developing code in languages such as MatLab, Visual Basic, Python, and C# for tasks like flow monitoring data analysis, model result interpretation, and record management.

The scope includes building applications to track model changes, facilitating interactions with FlowFinity records, and developing APIs to enable seamless data transfer. Additional responsibilities involve constructing applications and code to gather geospatial data from GIS resources and support geospatial analysis and visualization. The vendor will also assist with the rollout of developed tools and provide staff training. The contract will cover a period of five years.
