DESCRIPTION


The vendor will provide districtwide communication and outreach services for mobility-focused education and outreach supporting modal development programs. Services will include communication planning and implementation, messaging development, public relations and community involvement, customer service, translation and interpreting, project website and social media development and maintenance, media communications and collateral materials, media interviews, customer surveys, audio and video exhibitions, and project planning coordination and implementation.

The vendor will develop communication plans and proposals for projects and campaigns, as well as concise training materials and toolkits supporting safety, multimodal education, and platform use. The vendor will prepare and distribute plain-language public information, update websites and social media, and issue weekly electronic project updates to stakeholders and campaign partners.

Additional responsibilities will include pitching campaigns and initiatives to media, serving as a media spokesperson, preparing related communications, developing speeches and talking points, and planning and participating in special events.
