The VA Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) is pursuing a sole source contract modification with Data Innovations, LLC to add Oracle integration services to the Data Innovations Universal Lab Interface. This modification will support several VA medical centers within VISN 12, including facilities in Chicago, Danville, Hines, Iron Mountain, Madison, Tomah, and Milwaukee.

Data Innovations, LLC, as the Original Equipment Manufacturer, is the only authorized provider for the required integration service. The acquisition is being conducted in accordance with simplified acquisition procedures, as this is the only responsible source capable of meeting the agency’s technical requirements.

Firms that believe they can meet the requirements must provide detailed supporting documentation, including authorization from the OEM and references from current users, to the Contracting Officer by the specified deadline. Submissions should be sufficiently detailed to demonstrate the ability to comply with all stated requirements.
