(1) Vendor needs to provide MOD IV and CAMA computer software.– Provide a cloud–based system that also includes a website for public lookup that does not require registration.– Include templates for commonly used reports such as sales reports, top ten taxpayers, mailing labels, labels for chapter 91 mailings and ten years tax history.– Product should be user friendly and require minimal training for the staff. – Able to house multiple images for each property.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
