The University seeks a comprehensive mobility management platform to support Commuter Services in engaging a campus community of approximately 75,000 students, faculty, and staff. The platform should unify transportation resources, programs, and services through a single, user-friendly interface and may consolidate existing transportation management systems into one integrated customer experience.
Desired capabilities include commuter programs and services, ride matching, gamification and incentives, multimodal trip planning, an Emergency Ride Home program, user experience and interface functionality, communications, administrative tools, reporting and data management, software and system integrations, and integration with existing transportation services.
