The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Mid-Atlantic, is conducting market research to identify eligible small business firms capable of providing minor general construction services at the Naval Support Activity (NSA) Crane in Crane, Indiana, and the Glendora Test Facility in Sullivan, Indiana. Additional work may be required at other facilities within the area of responsibility for NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic and NAVFAC Atlantic if necessary.
Eligible respondents include HUBZone Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, Women-Owned Small Businesses, and other qualified Small Businesses. Large business submissions are not being considered. This effort seeks to evaluate industry interest and capability in managing multiple construction projects, potentially resulting in a multi-award construction contract (MACC).
