The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide microtransit software for service operations in Pennsylvania. The platform must support both digital and non-digital riders and be designed to complement, rather than replace, existing fixed-route transit service. It is intended for Easton Coach paratransit service staff managing both Red Rose Access and microtransit pilot operations.
Required capabilities include a mobile application for iOS and Android, web-based booking, and a call center booking interface as a critical requirement. The system must support real-time ride requests, advance scheduling, dynamic curb-to-curb pickup and drop-off within service zones, fare display aligned with RRTA pricing policies, SMS notifications for riders without smartphones, and multilingual support in at least English and Spanish.
The solution must also include a dynamic routing and optimization engine, along with ongoing technical support. A service level agreement is expected, with preferred 24/7 support and uptime of at least 99.5%. Questions are due by May 28, 2026.
