(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft unified support system. – Provide authorized user accounts for remote access, documentation of system architecture, licensing inventory, and current configurations and points of contact for escalation and issue validation. – Web based portal for submitting and tracking support service tickets to include status, hours used, and history. – Annual customer satisfaction summary from end–user feedback tracking. – Annual briefing on Microsoft technology roadmap relevant. – Unified enterprise base support. – Unified support add–on services. – Enhanced solutions. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 15, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal conference will be held on December 15, 2025.
