An Ontario agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide implementation and support services for a range of Microsoft IT solutions. The scope includes delivering end-to-end professional services that encompass the implementation, management, and ongoing support of both existing and future Microsoft applications. Key responsibilities involve conducting strategic and gap analyses, developing plans to meet business objectives, and providing post-implementation solution management.

The selected vendor will play a central role in establishing and optimizing the agency’s IT environments, which may be either cloud-based or on-premise. Specific areas of focus include setting up Office 365 and SharePoint Online to realize the agency’s 'Employee Digital Hub' vision, integrating with tools such as Kofax OCR and Document Scanning, and ensuring seamless operation across platforms such as Azure, InTune, Windows Server, Power BI, Power Apps, and the O365 Productivity Suite.

Expertise is required in solutions architecture for both O365 and Azure, as well as experience with complex systems that include a mix of hardware and software environments. The ultimate goal is to enable efficiencies and interoperability within the agency’s digital infrastructure, allowing for more effective future solution rollouts. The contract period will be one year.
