(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft software and cloud resale services.– Microsoft IaaS and PaaS service types and offerings (e.g., Microsoft Azure) as well as SaaS service types or offerings (e.g., M365) and other Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Products– Maintain not less than 99.98 percent accuracy in license and consumption reporting, verified monthly through reconciliation with – Microsoft CSP–tenant data. Accuracy is measured against agency Microsoft tenant authoritative dataset.– Provide automated and ad hoc reports on usage trends, subscription growth, and underutilized Microsoft licenses.– Provide monthly recommendations identifying cost–optimization opportunities and consumption anomalies with estimated fiscal impact.(2) A pre–response conference will be held on December 29, 2025.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
