The State of Washington is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Microsoft software and cloud resale services. The scope of work includes the resale of Microsoft Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Microsoft Azure, as well as Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings like Microsoft 365. The vendor will also be expected to resell other Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) products and associated support services, including Microsoft Unified Support.

Key responsibilities include assisting WaTech in documenting and reconciling discrepancies between Microsoft CSP billing and actual product usage, providing compliance documentation issued by Microsoft CSP (such as audit certifications, data residency assurances, and detailed service descriptions), and coordinating billing and credit dispute resolution activities. Additionally, the vendor must offer real-time or near real-time API or portal access to Microsoft CSP cost and consumption data, ensuring transparency and accurate tracking.
