(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft software and cloud resale services.– On a resale basis, Microsoft IaaS and PaaS service types and offerings (e.g., Microsoft Azure) as well as SaaS service types or offerings (e.g., M365) and other Microsoft Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Products such as associated support services (e.g., Microsoft Unified Support).– Assist WaTech in documenting discrepancies between Microsoft CSP billing and actual usage.– Provide Microsoft CSP–issued compliance documentation, including audit certifications, data residency assurances, and service descriptions.– Coordinate Microsoft CSP billing and credit dispute resolution activities.– Provide real–time or near–real–time API or portal access to Microsoft CSP cost and consumption data.(2) All question must be submitted no later than December 19, 2025.
