A vendor is sought to serve as the Microsoft Software Advisor and provide comprehensive licensing solutions for agencies in Saskatchewan. The selected supplier will act as the Software Advisor of record for all Microsoft enrolments, overseeing the management of Microsoft volume licensing programs and other related engagements.

Responsibilities include facilitating annual licensing renewals, issuing timely reminders, and coordinating true-up activities required under Microsoft agreements. The supplier will also be expected to deliver on-demand, exportable reports covering purchases, licensing, invoicing, and true-up history. Additionally, the vendor should provide a portal for product ordering, access to license proofs and invoices, and streamlined reporting capabilities.

Support with the procurement and management of essential third-party applications such as Adobe and TeamViewer products and services is also required as part of this engagement.
