A county in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide a Microsoft O365 backup solution utilizing a cloud-based Rubrik platform. The objective is to enhance the existing on-premises Rubrik backup infrastructure by introducing a robust cloud solution to safeguard the county’s O365 environment while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, CJIS, and HB21-1110 regulations.

The required solution must offer immutable data storage, scalability, and integrate Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) as well as Active Directory (A/D) LDAP for secure administrative logins. Additional features include granular data restoration capabilities, an intuitive user interface, built-in data integrity and verification mechanisms, and the ability to generate comprehensive reports and alerts detailing backup success or failure.

The initial contract will span a one-year period, during which the selected vendor will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the compliant backup solution for all O365 data.
