A Microsoft partner is sought to deliver managed and professional services for the Microsoft 365 Modern Work environment, supporting approximately 1,650 users across British Columbia. This includes users at two corporate offices and 36 gaming locations. The provider will play a key role in the agency’s digital transformation, driving operational excellence, collaboration, and productivity.

The selected partner will be responsible for the comprehensive operational management of the agency's Microsoft 365 tenant. This encompasses proactive system monitoring, configuration, administration, incident and request management, and the continual implementation of improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices. Services will cover all major Microsoft 365 workloads, including Exchange Hybrid and Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Teams Voice, and Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Additionally, the partner must ensure the enablement and ongoing management of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Agents, maintaining a secure, compliant, and optimized AI-driven productivity environment. Reliable support services are required with clearly defined service levels, prompt incident response and escalation, as well as ongoing health monitoring. Professional services such as solution design, implementation, migration, and project-based enhancements are also part of the engagement.
