This engagement supports approximately 1,650 users across the province, including two corporate offices and 36 gaming locations. The services are central to agency digital transformation, operational excellence, enhanced collaboration, and improved productivity. • Comprehensive operational management of agency Microsoft 365 tenant, including proactive monitoring, configuration and administration, incident and request management, and ongoing improvements aligned with Microsoft best practices. • Support for all major workloads: Exchange Hybrid and Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Teams Voice, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. • Enablement and operational management of Microsoft 365 Copilot and CoPilot Agents, ensuring secure, compliant, and optimized AI–driven productivity. • Delivery of reliable support with defined service levels, timely incident response, escalation management, and proactive service health monitoring. • Professional services such as solution design, implementation, migration, and project–based enhancements (2) All questions must be submitted no later than February 2, 2026.
