(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft licensing solution.– Microsoft Licensing Solutions Partner (“LSP”) for supporting, training, development, and implementing of Enterprise Agreements (“EA”) and/or Cloud Services Agreements (“CSA”) related to Microsoft IAAS, SAAS, and PAAS.– Provide recommendations for solutions that will increase efficiencies and improve the user experience. – Analysis of licensing and consumption quarterly; – Manage stakeholder expectations effectively; – Provide licensing expertise and advice for model changes, impacts, use rights; – Licensing compliance, true–ups and optimization; – Product roadmaps and migration paths; – Product information and updates; – Provide a transition plan for the proponent to onboard the Legislative Assembly. – Include methodologies, milestones, deliverable, timelines, risks and mitigations; – Perform a licensing assessment to maximize the Legislative Assembly’s licensing efficiency with considerations for Microsoft 365; – Support the Legislative Assembly in making use of the software assurance benefits, such as Planning Services; – Annual reporting of software licenses purchased and proactive engagement in the annual True Up process. (2) The contract period will be for three years.
