A procurement opportunity is available in West Virginia for the provision of Microsoft licensing and support services. The selected vendor will supply annual commercial licenses for a range of Microsoft products including 14 Microsoft 365 E5, 100 Microsoft 365 E3, 66 Exchange Online (Plan 1), 100 Office 365 E1, 14 Microsoft Teams Domestic Calling Plans, and 92 Teams Phone with Calling Plan (country zone 1 – US). Additionally, one terabyte of Office 365 Extra File Storage (P1Y–A) is required.
The vendor will also provide comprehensive support for all licensed Microsoft products included in this procurement. This solicitation is aimed at ensuring ongoing access to essential Microsoft 365 and Teams services for the organization and maintaining operational efficiency through reliable software support.
