(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft licenses system.– This includes managing a Wide Area Network, connecting our libraries to the data center located in Fresno, providing shared services such as our Office365 subscription, email services, firewalls and network security, and hosting and maintaining the shared integrated library system (ILS) used by all libraries to catalog and circulate materials to patrons.– Provide quotes for the purchase of 765 E3 and 15 E5 Office365 licenses for library staff under Microsoft’s Non–Profit program.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2025.(3) Pre–proposal teleconference will be held on December 2, 2025.
