A vendor is sought to provide Microsoft license services, specifically covering a range of Office Applications within Microsoft 365. The required licenses include Microsoft 365 E3, with both desktop applications and web versions included, and F3 for web–based applications only. Access to Teams clients and desktop applications must be provided, along with full collaboration functionalities such as chat, meetings, and file sharing.

The service must incorporate Microsoft Intune, Windows AutoPilot, Mobile Device Management (MDM), as well as Microsoft Defender Plan 1 as an add–on. Additionally, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) must be included, with features like Multi–Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign–On (SSO), and Azure AD Connect to enable hybrid identity integration. The contract is scheduled for a three-year term.
