(1) Vendor needs to provide professional services for the implementation of modern device management using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. The objective of this engagement is to design, implement, and transition to a secure, standardized, and operationally supportable endpoint management platform suitable for a small Canadian local government environment. The vendor will be responsible for planning, configuring, testing, and transitioning Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot into operational use. Review: Current Microsoft 365 Business Premium licensing and clearly identify whether it is sufficient for all proposed capabilities. Any licensing gaps, optional add-ons, or constraints must be documented with clear recommendations and cost implications. Current endpoint environment including Windows, iOS, and Android devices, including final device counts across all device categories. Relevant GPOs and install scripts which may require migration or reimplementation. Entra ID configuration such as identity protection, device cleanup, stale objects, naming standards, and group strategy. Risks, assumptions, constraints, and client responsibilities. Device summary: 54 staff Windows devices, domain-joined; 4 Kiosk/guest access Windows devices, non-domain joined; 4 area director Windows devices, non-domain joined. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
