(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft gold partner services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Provide a flexible and scalable Microsoft Gold Partner that meets operation expectations, eliminate risks, and futureproofs the organization.– Provide all Microsoft Licensing and help migrate existing Microsoft licenses over to be managed by a sole entity.– Provide technical support to existing IT team on troubleshooting of any Microsoft products.– Provide technical support in collaboration with third–party providers on troubleshooting and support of any directly connected third–party solutions.– Provide development and consulting services on projects based around Microsoft software such as onboarding a new Microsoft product, turning on a new module within a product, or connecting/ integrating third–party solutions with our Microsoft tenant.
