(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft enterprise platform support service. – Support services for Microsoft products that is equivalent or superior in quality and breadth of service to Microsoft’s Unified Support offering. – Provide support services for all Microsoft products that is equivalent or superior in quality and breadth of service to Microsoft’s Unified Support offering. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 18, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
