Ontario is seeking qualified vendors to provide software and maintenance renewals for Microsoft Dynamics GP, eOne, Mekorma, and Paramount WorkPlace over a three-year period. The scope includes supplying Microsoft Dynamics GP licenses and maintenance, including the customization pack and full concurrent user access. Additionally, the contract encompasses eOne GP Extender, eOne SmartConnect, and eOne SmartList software and support.
Vendors will also be responsible for providing Mekorma MICR and premium support services, as well as PairSoft WorkPlace (formerly Paramount WorkPlace) for Dynamics GP On-Premises Enterprise, with unlimited user access. The contract requires capabilities in role-based security, approval workflows, and mobile functionality for WorkPlace. Vendors must address all questions regarding this opportunity by December 11, 2025.
