Ontario seeks a vendor to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service for paperless work order management with GIS integration and real-time tracking.
(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft dynamics 365 work orders implementation services. The implementation of a paperless Work Order process should include the following baseline out-of-the-box features configured within Dynamics 365 Field Service, as detailed in the business requirements document: Integrate GIS with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service to establish map-based visualization as the standard approach for fieldwork. Real-time tracking: Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App and GPS integration will provide real-time visibility of staff, equipment, and materials availability and task progress. Electronic retrieval of work orders: staff will access assigned Work Orders via the Microsoft Field Service Mobile App. The system shall support creation and management of unplanned work orders triggered by inspections, field observations, or service request cases entered in Dynamic 365 CRM. Microsoft Dynamic 365 only calls on ArcGIS API to display a static data set for address, population within service, requests. The work order management system shall include robust reporting and analytics to support operational monitoring, strategic decision-making, and continuous improvement. Establish Map-Based GIS Functionality as the Default for Field Operations. Establishing GIS-enabled, map-first field operations. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
