(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft data center product licensing and virtual infrastructure services.– Microsoft server software licenses under the New Commerce Experience (NCE) commercial base, billed per one–month term. This includes thirty–eight SQL Server 2022 Standard Core licenses, provided in 2–core license packs; one hundred ten Windows Server 2025 Datacenter licenses, each covering two cores; and five hundred Windows Server 2025 User Client Access Licenses (CALs). (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 29, 2025.
