(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft d365 support and development services. – Assistance with support and project execution work, including consulting, architecture, business systems analysis, development and configuration, testing, DevOps and infrastructure, go–live support, ongoing troubleshooting and incident resolution (upon escalation). – Provide thought leadership and an interface with agency executive leadership. – Provide technical leadership and expertise on the implementation of solutions that align with Enterprise Architecture and Security standards as well as leading practices. – Develop solution architecture design documents. Provide technical leadership on integrations to 3rd party systems. – Deliver new functionality to users by designing, configuring, customizing (if necessary) solutions based on approved requirements. – Design and Develop integrations with other 3rd party systems. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
