Vendor needs to provide licensing and support services for the following: Annual renewal of Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses; ongoing supply and management of additional Microsoft cloud services; ability to add, remove, or modify licenses at any time during the term; supply and support of Microsoft perpetual licenses, including Windows Server and SQL Server, where products are not available through the Cloud Solution Provider program. Billing in Canadian dollars suitable for a Canadian public sector organization. Centralized license and subscription management through the Microsoft CSP program. Escalation and coordination with Microsoft support as required. Licensing and subscription advisory services—Microsoft services. Proponents must be able to supply and support Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Teams Calling, Microsoft Defender and Purview bundle, other Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure-based services requested during the term, and perpetual licensing for Windows Server and SQL Server. Support requirements include access to tenant-level Microsoft 365 support, defined support hours and service availability, response and resolution targets by severity, process for submitting and tracking support requests, escalation process to Microsoft support, and identification of support services that incur additional cost. Proponents must provide license management capabilities, including assistance with license adds, removals, and changes, regular reporting on license usage and costs, identification of unused or underutilized licenses, and advisory support for service optimization and cost management.
