A Canadian public sector organization is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive licensing, support, and management services for Microsoft Cloud solutions and perpetual licenses. The scope includes annual renewal and ongoing provisioning of Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses, as well as the supply and management of additional Microsoft cloud services, with the flexibility to add, remove, or modify licenses at any point during the agreement term.

Vendors must also supply and support Microsoft perpetual licenses, such as Windows Server and SQL Server, when products are not available via the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. All billing must be conducted in Canadian dollars and must align with the needs of a Canadian public sector entity. Centralized license and subscription management through the Microsoft CSP program is required, along with escalation and coordination with Microsoft support when necessary.

The successful proponent will offer advisory services for Microsoft licensing and subscriptions, and will be capable of supporting a range of Microsoft products and services, including Microsoft 365 Business Premium, Microsoft Planner, Visio, Teams Calling, Microsoft Defender and Purview bundles, other Microsoft 365 applications, Power Platform, and Azure-based services. Support services must include access to tenant-level Microsoft 365 support, specified support hours and service levels, well-defined response and resolution targets based on severity, and structured processes for submitting and managing support requests, including escalation to Microsoft if needed. Regular reporting on license usage and costs, identification of underutilized licenses, and guidance for license optimization and cost management are also required.
