Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive support, integration, and modernization of Microsoft cloud services. The scope encompasses expert consulting and on-demand technical services for Microsoft 365 (M365), SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, Power BI, workflow automation, and other related applications within the organization’s digital ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include redesigning and modernizing the intranet environment with advanced SharePoint capabilities to enhance alignment with organizational workflows. The vendor will support the implementation and configuration of Copilot for Microsoft 365, develop automated workflows using tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and Teams, and integrate AI-enabled processes into various business functions. Additionally, support is required for Dynamics 365, focusing on integration with Customer Service, Customer Insights, Dataverse, and reporting through Power BI.
The engagement will also involve Azure Active Directory/Entra ID setup and maintenance, covering configuration, conditional access, identity protection, and ongoing management. Further duties include overall Microsoft 365 administration, user and group management, permissions, mail administration, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange configurations, as well as SharePoint Online support, site design, permissions management, and broader structural improvements.
