The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking the acquisition of Microsoft Azure compute services to support its enterprise environment through a sole-source contract with Dell Federal Systems L.P. Dell Federal Systems L.P. is identified as the only authorized vendor capable of supplying the required Azure compute resources that ensure compatibility, security, and continuity of operations for the CDC's existing Microsoft infrastructure.
This procurement encompasses only Azure compute capacity and the necessary monetary commitments to maintain the agency's mission-critical cloud workloads. By acquiring services through Dell Federal Systems L.P., the CDC aims to achieve seamless integration with its current systems, efficient license management, and reliable, secure support for scalable cloud operations.
Vendors who believe they can meet these requirements are encouraged to submit written capability statements by the closing date. All responses will be considered to determine if a competitive procurement is appropriate, subject to government discretion.
Best-fit vendors:
• Authorized Microsoft Azure cloud services provider
• Experience with federal government contracting and compliance
• Capability to support large-scale, mission-critical cloud workloads
• Expertise in secure cloud integration and infrastructure management
