(1) Vendor needs to provide Microsoft authorized license reseller service.– GCC m365 EA with planned 3–year renewal.– Commercial d365 with planned 3–year renewal.– Guaranteed discount percentage from Microsoft.– Selected offeror must provide proactive notice in advance of any deadlines from Microsoft for licensing true–ups, annual updates or 3 year renewals. Include relevant information regarding their flexibility in processes such as timing, billing procedures, obtaining quotes for new license types or renewals, reservations for existing license types, or other processes which may cause delay or issue. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 9, 2026.
