The client seeks a vendor to provide licensing services for a suite of Microsoft educational products, including Microsoft 365 EDU A5 plans for both faculty (shared server, per user) and students, Office 365 Plan A1, Project Professional, Project Plan 3 for EDU, SQL Server (Enterprise and Standard, with Software Assurance), Visio Professional, Visual Studio Enterprise and Professional with MSDN, Windows Remote Desktop Services Device CAL, Exchange Online Plan 1, and Project Online Essentials. Licenses are required for varied durations, primarily 12-month subscriptions and prorations, covering faculty, student, alumni, and device use benefits.
