Vendor needs to provide Microsoft 365 training and consulting services. 1. Virtual Microsoft 365 end–user training, including but not limited to: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Excel and other M365 or partner applications. 2. Administrator consulting: Administrator consulting on M365 and partner applications. Expert advice on M365 and/or partner application trends, best practices, and emerging solutions. Strategy development: Assisting in the formulation of long–term M365 strategies and roadmaps. Advise and support M365 governance policies, and compliance settings to ensure best practices. 3. Cybersecurity and risk management: Provide guidance and assistance with utilization of Microsoft defender and other M365 partner cybersecurity tools to enhance security posture. Microsoft Defender assessments and audits to identify opportunities for optimization, improvement and risk mitigation.
