Vendor needs to provide microsoft 365 licensing optimization and renewal services.– Licensing structure optimization– Analyze the user personas and propose a licensing bundle that maximizes value.– Feature Verification: Confirm that their recommended bundles include rights for Zero Touch Deployment and Teams SMS capabilities, or specify if these require additional add–ons.– Migration Constraint: does not desire a migration to the Microsoft Government Community Cloud at this time. Provide a self–service portal or streamlined process for adding and removing licenses. Serve as the escalation point for Microsoft support tickets. The contract period will be for one year.
