Vendor needs to provide Microsoft 365 implementation service. – Provide associated migration, configuration, and support services. – The scope of this project is oriented toward the M365 tenant configuration and migration of the on–premises environment to M365 for agency. This project takes into account of the assumptions. – The Contractor will work frequently onsite. – Hybrid Microsoft 365 Tenant Deployment: Teams Chat Only, Exchange Hybrid, SharePoint/ OneDrive, Microsoft Defender – Provide requirements for network ports to be open for M365 – Validate opening of ports and assist in opening any required ports – Upgrade of Exchange – Configuring auto–discover – Directory synchronization with Single–Sign On validation. – Configure exchange with new certificates – Enable mail flow between on–prem and Exchange Online. – Limit use to Teams and OneDrive only. – Use default sharing and storage policies. – Configure IT Teams SharePoint Site, applying limited or minor customizations as needed. – Implement Microsoft Purview for information protection, leveraging existing security and labeling policies where possible. – Microsoft 365 applications implemented and tested for pilot users, with full rollout to all users (excluding mutually agreed exceptions) completed and validated following successful pilot. – Single Sign–On (SSO) login tested and verified without errors on multiple platforms for pilot users and selected pilot platforms, with full rollout to all users (excluding mutually agreed exceptions) completed and validated following successful pilot.
