(1) Vendor needs to provide microsoft 365 data protection service to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Agency is looking to procure software, setup/implementation, support and maintenance, and training to effectively protect mailbox, teams and OneDrive data for approximately 64,000 accounts. Protection should include, batch and individual file recovery, extended retentions, ransomware protection, disaster recovery protection and active directory protection. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
