(1) Vendor needs to provide micropile construction and load testing service to the government authority located in Allentown, PA. – Perform all work necessary and incidental to the micropile construction and load testing during design for structure. – The estimated work item quantities for this micropile construction and load testing during design program. – The micropile test locations for the subject micropile construction and load testing during design. – Engage a specialty independent engineering testing agency to review and seal the testing plan submission, perform the load tests, and report the results. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on January 20, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 27, 2026.
