DESCRIPTION

The City of Salt Lake City is soliciting proposals for a cloud-based Micromobility Tracking Software (SaaS) system to monitor, audit, regulate, and report on dockless mobility device use. The system must ingest Mobility Data Specifications (MDS) and General Bikeshare Feed Specifications (GBFS) data, provide unlimited user accounts, and support program goals such as reducing automobile vehicle miles traveled and promoting safety. The contract term is for a five-year period.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Must have the ability to ingest the most current Mobility Data Specifications (MDS) and General Bikeshare Feed Specifications (GBFS) data
Must have three years of experience similar to the work described in the Scope of Work
Must provide a cloud-based Micromobility Tracking Software (SaaS) system
Must provide a written claim of business confidentiality if applicable
Must provide a redacted version of the proposal for public release
Must provide a non-redacted version for evaluation purposes
Must provide a completed cost proposal form
Must include the City Ethics Requirement paragraphs in the proposal
Must provide the City's Sample Agreement in Microsoft Word format with redline edits if exceptions are requested
