(1) Vendor needs to provide micro market services. – Micro market services for social services, family support division, rehabilitation services. – The rehabilitation services for the blind (RSB) operates the business enterprise program (BEP) to provide self–employment opportunities to legally blind persons. – The department shall encrypt emails to the contractor that contain information confidential by law to protect such from unauthorized disclosure. – The contractor’s route sales personnel must have relevant knowledge, skills, and the ability to provide effective and efficient micro market services. – The contractor shall furnish 24–hour service, seven days per week service, and shall stock micro markets according to a schedule that ensures the micro markets never become empty of any product or have product that have expired. – The contractor shall encrypt any electronic correspondence containing information confidential. – Provide trained, experienced route sales personnel for micro markets. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
