The project seeks a comprehensive micro-credentialing platform to support professional development and certification for approximately 850 certified staff members. The platform will facilitate the tracking of professional learning activities, award digital credentials, and support competency-based certification pathways that align with the district's strategic priorities.

Key required capabilities include tracking user enrollments and registrations across all certification pathways, monitoring content and module completion with progress indicators, and awarding micro-credentials as digital badges upon successful certification completion. Additionally, the system must allow teachers to export or share their earned badges with building principals and district leadership, and must clearly distinguish which certifications are eligible for stipends. An optional pre-proposal conference will be held, and all questions are due prior to the submission deadline.
