(1) Vendor needs to provide MICIP platform maintenance, support, hosting and future enhancements service. – Contractor will maintain, support, host, and enhance the Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP) solution in contractor’s instance of Amazon Web Services environment. – Provide maintenance, support, hosting and enhancement of the MICIP Platform – a web‐based software application intended to allow agency to engage in continuous improvement with appropriate tools and resources. • User Experience & Usability: – A support link is available to help users resolve issues quickly. – Users will be able to view the entire text in a text box or text area. – A visual dashboard page (similar to Power BI) to provide high–level important information and enable navigation to different locations within the platform. – The platform needs to be more intuitive, especially for novice users, and a streamlined dashboard would aid in navigation. • Data Management & Historical Tracking: – Historical data should be easily accessible for future planning, including the ability to view and delete data objects. – Data users can change the name of the upload file name of a data object. – More than one piece of evidence should be allowed in the monitoring tool. – Users need a historical record of completed guides for future discussions and onboarding of new staff. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 18, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
