The State of Michigan is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance, support, hosting, and enhancement services for the Michigan Integrated Continuous Improvement Process (MICIP) web-based platform. The selected contractor will be responsible for maintaining and supporting MICIP within their Amazon Web Services environment, ensuring continuous availability, reliability, and performance of the application.

Key requirements include enhancements to user experience and usability, such as implementing visual dashboard pages for high-level information access, streamlining navigation to better support novice users, and improving various interface elements like support links and text area displays. The contractor will also be tasked with advancing MICIP’s data management and historical tracking capabilities. This will involve making historical data easily accessible for planning purposes, enabling file name changes on uploaded data objects, supporting multiple pieces of evidence in the monitoring tool, and maintaining comprehensive records of completed guides for training and future reference.

The contract for these services is planned for a five-year term. Interested vendors should note that any questions regarding the project must be submitted by December 18, 2025.
