(1) Vendor needs to provide meraki enterprise agreement services.– Meraki Enterprise Agreement (5–year) including our existing inventory of Meraki licenses as well as other services and options as afforded by the Meraki Enterprise Agreement– Licenses will be subject to the “Value Shift” provision of the Meraki Enterprise Agreement 3.0 allowing license dollars to be transferred between types of devices or upgraded devices without loss of dollar value of the license being transferred.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2025.
