The government authority in Jackson, Mississippi seeks a qualified vendor for menu books print and ship services. Each book will be a unique title with its own specific page count, content, and cover, with the agency providing print-ready PDF files. The contractor is responsible for pre-flighting these files and must notify the agency of any required corrections before production proceeds.
The selected printer must provide a proof of one completed menu book to the agency at least five business days prior to full production, allowing the agency time for proofreading and corrections. Specifications include standard 8½" x 11" 60 lb. vellum offset white paper for the interior, with lavender 65 lb. cover stock (11¼" x 17½"). If lavender cover stock is unavailable, the contractor must obtain approval for an alternate color. Pages 3 through 31 will be printed in color and include varying material.
All vendor questions must be submitted by April 7, 2026. The initial contract period will be one year.
