(1) Vendor needs to provide mental health and addictions assessment tool. – The Product must reside in a public cloud environment such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS or Google Cloud, and be fully managed by the Intended Supplier. – The Product must be delivered as a Software as Service (SaaS) solution. • The system can assess all of the following: – Internalizing problems (anxious/depressed, withdrawn, somatic complaints) – Externalizing problems (rule breaking, aggressive behavior), – Substance use – Social problems – Thought problems – Attention problems • Specifications: – This system can be accessed via web–browser. – This system has the ability for 3rd party integration with other software products. – Assesses mental health and substance use challenges in youth. – For web browser all activities related to the screening tool (distribution, completion, return, and analysis) are completed within the web–based application. – The solution must implement encryption for data at rest and in transit. – The solution must enforce multi–factor authentication (MFA) for all Internet–facing access points. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
