The State of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive meeting transcription and conversation intelligence platform. The solution is intended to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of capturing meeting discussions and decisions, thereby automating the note-taking process and generating searchable transcripts and actionable summaries. This initiative aims to reduce administrative workloads, support transparency, maintain compliance, and ensure operational continuity in both hybrid and remote work settings.

The selected vendor will be responsible for the implementation of the platform, as well as providing training and ongoing support services. The solution must natively integrate with major meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and WebEx. Additional required capabilities include providing transcription services for meetings held in-person, on mobile devices, or via desktop, integration with Okta Single Sign-On, and compatibility with the M365 Platform (e.g., SharePoint for transcription storage).
