Vendor needs to provide meeting facilitation and strategic planning service. Strategic planning consultants to facilitate an onsite strategic planning retreat. Facilitation of an in-person strategic planning retreat with the agency Board and Executive Director. Pre-session interviews and/or surveys with key stakeholders, including Board member, staff, and community partners. Review of existing agency documents, including prior strategic plans, community housing needs assessment, and organizational materials. Development of a written strategic plan outlining mission, vision, values, strategic goals, and measurable objectives. Recommendations related to implementation, governance structure, and funding strategies. Optional follow-up services to support plan execution, organizational development, and identification of grant funding opportunities. All the questions must be submitted no later than February 26, 2026.
